Liberty Hill Coin provides coin buying, selling, and appraisal services. All transactions are subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change based on market conditions.
  • Appraisals are provided free of charge with no obligation to sell.
  • Payment for purchases is due at the time of transaction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, wire transfer, and other payment methods as specified at the time of sale.

4. Authenticity & Condition

We make every effort to accurately describe and grade all coins. All items are guaranteed to be authentic. If you believe an item has been misrepresented, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

5. Shipping & Insurance

All shipments are fully insured. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless arranged through our approved shipping method. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items in their original condition. Custom orders and items sold at auction are final sale. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liberty Hill Coin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
